I am trying to simulate the mismatch between BJT's in 0.35u technology.I have a separate model file to run monte carlo simulations. But i am stuck now since i do not know where to find or how to calculate the parameters for a given mismatch.
For eg: the gummel poon model of the BJT in 0.35 u...
"THe minimum overlap of M1 ground plate to LSM is 10um."This is error i get in my layout.I have used 2 caps of 1pF each (MIMCAPS).
What does this mean and how to correct this
how developed is the field of non linear processing.is there any material regarding this which can used to analyse non linear networks and come to a conclusion in predicting the final values
Looking for book: "Design of MOS Vlsi circuits for telecommunication " by Tsividis
Does anyone have a copy of "Design of MOS Vlsi circuits for telecommunication "By Tsividis?
There are 2 FM radios placed adjacently .THe first FM radio is tuned at 100Mhz.
The second is being tuned at 100-10.7=89.3Mhz.In doing so the first FM radio stops playing.WHy?
I observed output voltage noise spectral density of my opamp i can see a 1/f structure and then it doesn become constant (white noise),but its value is further decreasing with a higher slope. Is this 1/f^2 noise?
shouldn thermal noise domainate this and the spectrum should be white there after.
gm-boosting
can u be a little more clearer in the design..is Vip the input and is the output taken fromthe source,It seems to me as though the gm is reduced (gm/1+gm ro),if ro is very high then the effective gm becomes 1/ro only....
