Anybody can help me on USGS data how to read the .SAC file and convert them to .TXT file or any other format can much more easier to understand.

Using normal distribution and digitizing sampling of there we can get equation of gabor expension. It's using a Jointy-Time frequency analysis.

Cannot because Orcad is circuit design. Not an analysis software. But in zuken software can do it, it can design layout board and circuit analysis. It's very powerfull software in design and analysis. It's can use for digital processing. But it's to expensive.
