2G and 3G both are commercial name coming from ETSI/3GPP. The major noticeable difference in 3G technology wise from 2G is over all change of system architecture, modulation scheme and overall network performance. 3G is some more step ahead of higher data rates than 2G which brings better...

I suggest reading about Space-time Block code. There is one paper written by Alamouti, in IEEE. That is available online. If you read about ST Block Code it will be easier to understand other stuffs.

Well basically what I did I reduced down my total output pin number from 64 to 32. It is working fine now. But I will try your way. But I think there might be some limitation somewhere. What I did was based on assumption and trial and error method...I found I have to be limit my design...
