0-60VDC power supply controlled by 0-5VDC

I just need to regulate voltage, but main problem is to interface 0-5VDC to 0-60VDC power supply. Any idea?

0-60VDC power supply controlled by 0-5VDC

Well friends. I think i should give more detailed information. What I need is to uso a PIC microcontroller, so using 2 push-buttons, I can increase / decrease the voltage level from 0VDC to 60VDC. The PIC output range is 0-5VDC, so I need an interface to convert this signal to 0-60VDC. Current...

0-60VDC power supply controlled by 0-5VDC

Hi guys. I need yo build a 0-60VDC / 3A power supply, but it should be controlled by a 0-5VDC, it means, input 0V then 0V output, input 5VDC, 60VDC output. I found a lot of information about L146 and other IC's, but all of them use a POT for output level control, and I need 0-5VDC control. Any...

    Altivar 71 igbt open

Dear friends. I have an ATV71HD30N4, and today it failed. Now, when I try to run, it doesn't move and when running a self diagnose it appears "IGBT 2 OPEN". And there are a total of 6 IGBT in the list. I checked the SPARE PART KITS guide and found the ATV71 has 3 IGBT MODULES. Does somebody...

    Micromaster 440 burned

Thanks a lot friends. I finally solved. It was just one of the 3 varistors.

    Micromaster 440 burned

Dear friends. Today I made a terrible mistake. I connected a SIEMENS MICROMASTER 440 220VAC input to 440VAC. After some seconds, smoke appears and I cut the circuit braker. Then, I change power supply to 220VAC (correct) and when turn on the braker, something blew up inside the VFD. I checked...

Period to frequency convertion in pic microcontrollers

Hi everyone. Does anybody have a assembler routine to convert a period in binary (TMR1) to a binay or bcd value? This is the formula f=1/p. Thanks to all.

Code for the 16 Bit BCD(Binary Coded Decimal) Counter i.e. 4 Decades Counter

I have an assembler sub-routine for PIC 16F876A. It uses TMR1 as 16 bit counter and then convert it into 5 BCD registers. Tell if this can help you. Best regards.

Looking for a PCB Design contractor, PADS PowerPCB, 2-5 boards/month

Dear Dmitry. I use to make some boards, with ORCAD 9.0 software. But I think learning PADS power pcb shouldn't be a problem. Can you explain a little more about why to use specific software and maybe post an schematic of a pcb you have, as an example? Best regards

    PIC 16F54 programming software Help.

problem is that .hex file created by MikroC is only for the PIC you selected when coding. Then, error maybe happens because there is no registers coincidence between 16F54 and the one you selected. I suggest you to use MPLAB, or maybe you should look up for a C to ASM code converter, and then...

Calculate current requirement of a circuit

Dear hamid.abbaszadeh. It is a good idea, but you should have an idea of current in order to select a correct resistor because of power disipation. Remember any resistor value in ohm have different power dissipation (most common 1/4 watt, 1/2W, 1W, etc). Best regards.

    Information lost in rs485 network

Hi all. I have a RS485 network, with a PC as master and 10 slave controllers. PC is used to record temperatura information from controllers, and gathered in hard disk. Problem is sometimes information is lost in any controller (but just one of them). Time period of lost information is random...

Calculate current requirement of a circuit

Dear AnujaM It will be better if you post a schematic page. But, in case of conditioning circuit, what you can do is calculate current through very component like resistors and inductive loads. Then multiply it by the voltage drop in that component and finally sum all results. Power dissipation...
