I design a low noise amplifier in ka-band.I use a MMIc. But the gain of MMIC change in low temperature or in highe temperature.I want to compensate this change.
Who can help me

+feko +tim
I use feko to calculate a time domain field.
I set *.pre and *.tim files, then run these files. I get *.aus, *bof and so on.
I want to see time field field, but postfeko don't make any graph.
Who can help me ?
Thanku
i want to simlute by a gaussian pulse.
the definiton of gaussian pulse is Exp(-j*(t/σ)²).
but i don't find this function in excitation signal.
I want to know how definite the gaussian pulse in cst?
The definition of gaussian pulse is about the time, but in cst ,the parametre
of gaussian pulse...
Hi, everybody.I have a question about materials. Now, some new material appear, such as left material,EBG,PBG, chiral material and so on.
Who can summarize the differences.
I think we have a good discuss
hi, i use hfss to simulate a horn antenna, frequency is 35G Hz,aperture is about 30 mm.But i add a slot in horn. i first set material as pec, then i set material as aluminum. i find the pattern has a different about θ=0, i excite by TM01.
Who can explain?
Thankx
i have a new question
if radiation boundary only contain aperture, then the current of wall will not be calculate.it will effect the field. Its effect is big?
hi, i use HFSS 9.2 to simulation a horn antenna .When i set up radiation boundary by two methods: 1. radiation boundary contain the whole horn antenna (include wave port). 2. radiation boundary only contain the aperture. i find the result by two methods are different .
which is right...
