hello
My name is Peter and now i am trying to get some papers and books which can help me with my master degree subject.
here it is
Subject
Very high frequency sampling level shifters specification
2 Requirements
Low voltage to high voltage (L2H) and high voltage to low voltage (H2L)...
i think this will help
now i am designing also a comparator but i think the best idea is to make preamplifier from 4 cascoded low gaine amplifiers and use output and inoput offset storage
hello my problem is ....
i am designing comparator
refernce voltage is 1.2v
the second input of comparator is the output of the charge-pump...
my comparator should react for +/- 5mv changes on 4v output of the charge pump so offset of the comparator should be less then 5mv
(for example if...
hello i would like to use Lewis-Gray comparator in my design but i don't know what voltages should be...
comparator works in a VFM feedback loop
the reference voltage of my comparator should be 1.2 V
the input signal comes from charge pump anf if it is bigger than 4v comparator should...
thanks for your help
but can help me once again:)
my first thought was to change duty ratio to about 1/8 and it really works (the answer is stable in about 20% of clock period) but comparator should be optimized for the lowest power disspation so the current consumption of the circuit...
i mean clock duty ratio
my comparator needs clock with about 1/8 clock duty ratio for saving power
but in my design i only can use normal clok with 1/2 duty ratio and i have to find some circiut which will change duty ratio of my clock without changing the period.
this circiuit should take...
hello i design a low current comparator and i need clock with duty ratio about 1/8
and i have to do it from normal ordinary clock i mean with 1/2 duty ratio
but the cicuit which will do it must take few mikroampers can you help me ??
thanks in advance
hello everybody
My name is Peter and i am a student. My engineer degree subject is to compare and design few architectures of voltage comparators. Which of them takes less current works faster etc.
these are the needs of the comparator:
- voltage offset less then 5mv
- frequency 50khz - 2...
