In ref U2 components don't have pin 3. But in your may connected in pin 3. Check that component connection. Give appropriate footprint.

I gone through some home made PCB'S. I got the some idea.
But I don't know how to apply legends on the PCB. Then where to get the green-ink and how to use that...?

currently i am working as a cad team member. I have a idea to start office in my home (next 2 month). I know to do home made PCB'S with minimum cost. If your requirement is fulfill by means contact to me.
In wave soldering, it's used to prevent the bridging the leads of ic package.
If giving the robber/thieves pad is very good to avoid shorts in the fine pitch IC'S.
But before placing the QFN package need to know the flow of wave direction.

(*) add wherever you want in your circuit design.
filling the via is very good for conductivity. In impedance case it will reduce leakage.

if still it's in under fabrication means prepare document ex-actually where you want to cut & give to your fabricator.
