My question simply is that
Is relay transmission or cooperative communications is worth working field
OR
Its just a hype to produce the paper and to pass time.
Please comment !!!!!!!!
Hi all,
I want to show that the follwoing integral
A_n(t)= 1/(n+1)!∫w^(n-1)(1-w)/(1+tw)dw
where the lower and upper limits are 0 and 1, respectively,
is bound by:
1/(n+1)!(1+t)<=A_n(t)<=1/n!
It would great if somebody can find some time to help me.
Added after 2 hours 14 minutes:
Can...
Re: Adaptive decode and forward matlab code
That's good.
Now how to extend it is very much dependent on the code you have.
This also depends on your channel model, if this is path loss model, then you need to consider that fact as well.
For example: if there are two relays than at what...
Re: Adaptive decode and forward matlab code
find a simple code, one transmitter one destination.
then we can extend it by adding relay functionality to make it adaptive.
Re: who can help me? how can I learn cooperative communicati
One confusion:
In cooperative setup this is is assumed that:
First the transmitter transmits and relay and the destination receives
Second only relay transmits
My question:
why next time only relay transmits, why not both the...
High frequencies
I am of the view that:
high frequencies cause coverage problem in mobiles ??
but dont know the exact reference for it ??
do you have some reference in mind to validate the above statement.
In cooperative communications where the relay repeating the message of other mobile using separate time fraction.
We get diversity gain, but this is also a fact that we are loosing degree of freedom, that is, time.
Instead of sending two separate messages in two times, we are sending one...

Again, I would request if someone is from that univeristy or has the copy of this thesis please share it.
I need PhD thesis
""Wireless cooperative systems"" by Paul A Anghel-
University of Minnesota, 2005.
if somebody has it, please share it, I would be thanking you.
Thank you very much for your reply:
I still have little confusion:
You mean results got with simulation are called numerical analysis, and with formulas, called analytical ??
I have a probability of errror formula, for example
Pe=Q(SNR); Q is q-function
Now, if I get some curve between SNR...
