simulation problem ic5141 but no error ??

you have a problem with ADE configuration, so you car resolve this by: In your Analog Design Environment (ADE): +chose "setup" ---->"Model Libraries" +in the "section" of your transistor model WRITE cmos, nmos pmos cap, res... you can see the description of your MOS transistor library section...

simple swtiched capacitor circuit using macro op apm model

Re: simple swtiched capacitor circuit using macro op apm mod so the origine of your 998.5V come from your not inverter input amplifier: you have: V+=998,5V mybe (V+=998,5mV) and not 998,5V.

snapshot of schematics made in Cadence IC 5033?

draw shcematics for papers You can make that as: cd /.../usr/local/...../IC5033/tools/plot/bin (Cadene ICxxxx Installation) and exicute the binary file to create your .cdsinitplot file. ./plotconfig

how to model a photodiode in a simulation

reverse bias photodiode Hi The equivalent model of Photodiode is: A current source parallel with a capacitor. so, the current source is variable (by the incident light in the photodiode). The capacitor Cd is equal to value Cd=10fF par example.

    Folded cascode sabilization amplifier

Hello, I'm desiging a FCDA for a 60dB gain, high output swing. but, my load capacitor is variable from 20fF to 100fF max. I have a phase margin <45° can someone help me please? look at the attached file.

how to simulate VGA(variable gain amplifier) in cadence

Your VGA is a continuous Variable Gain Amplifier because you have Vctrl (so, is not a VGA steep I think), so in the first you can make a AC simulation and a AC simulation with a SWEEP of Vctrl voltage variation to view the curves with differents values of Vctrl. This method is going to be set...
