I purchased this usb programmer but there is no user manual. Does anyone have this programmer and do you have a user manual. I am not sure where the different pics go into the ZIFF socket, in other words which is pin 1. Any help will be most appreciated.

I have a generic Nokia cellphone charger that plugs into the cigarette lighter in my car. It's output is about 5 volts, how can I boost this to 12v. The pcb has three transistors an inductor and a couple of resistors and caps.
