cpm boost converter
Hello. Everyone.
I am designing a current mode boost converter.
The Input voltage is from 1.5 to 2V, and output is 3v Fixed.
and Switching Frequency is 1MHz, and load current is 200mA.
Only 3 external components are allowed to use on board.
So, I can use inductor(2.2uH)...
I am studying about chopper stabilization.
But there are several thing I can't understand.
If there is anyone who can answer following my question, please help me.
1. In the chopper system, why is the odd harmonic frequencies generated after first modulation(using cross-coupled switches)?

I am trying to design a pfm dc-dc converter.
but I have some problem.
first of all, I determined to use a constant on time architecture.
I simply designed it. but it has a large inductor current ripple.(10uH inductor, 10uF cap)
I wonder whether there is a way to reduce the inductor current...
