    Patch antenna substrate selecting criteria

Better without substrate. Maximum of efficient.

    Computer Hardware for CST

IMHO not correct compare CST and AWR&ADS. They are totally different.

    MW_Radiolink _base band_

That is my design @ 24GHz with patch antennas RX & TX on board. On the picture you can see top and bottom of the front end module. Base band is quite actually. Where I can see your base band solution.

    RF communication module 400-410 MHz.

Modules are a lot. Try these HopeRF **broken link removed**, if you like Chinese. If not, here https://www.semtech.com/images/datasheet/xm1203f_ag_0108.pdf from Swiss land.

    MW_Radiolink _base band_

Nice. What about cost and how it looks. 60GHz is actually as well for me. Front end with patch antennas almost are ready.

    MW_Radiolink _base band_

Yes its very interesting. That is for LASER modulator? As for baseband it has DSP configuration. FPGA core and DAC & ADC. Simply it was cheaper against real DSP.

    MW_Radiolink _base band_

Thanks for reply. I`m confident. More than ten years ago I quite successfully participate at same projects and we finally made own baseband on Spartan FPGAs . Now it`s same problem, but configuration should be little bit different. Ethernet interface and semi duplex RX-TX like WiFi protocol...

    MW_Radiolink _base band_

Hello! Does any body has idea concerning 4FSK base band realization for data transmuting. Main parameters: full or semi duplex? data whitening, programmable bandwidth, up to 20 MHz and data transmitting speed up to 20-30Mb/s and Ethernet interface. Probably not so big deal, I hope so.

    antenna and balun fabrication

Probably may be two orthogonal antenna, with two ports connected to a 3db coupler. In these case you can see right or left circular polarization without looses.

    antenna and balun fabrication

Without picture it`s hard something to say.

    very accurate frequency counter

That one could be nice. Only input part should be advanced and smart. I`ll try. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Green-0-1MHz-65MHz-LED-RF-Signal-Frequency-Counter-Cymometer-Tester-Meter-/321409892319?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item4ad585bfdf

    Computer Hardware for CST

And server would be nice, with some 8 GPU nVIDIA Kepler cards and RAM 64Gb and price up to 100K$ https://www.nvidia.com/object/tesla-workstations.html Max number of GPU for CST. And than the whole nirvana. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UM2Bk5YhuP8 and for zombies as well...

    meta materials in HFSS

Andryusha don`t worry. Only horse in spheric vacuum.8-O In the library Andryusha they say nothing concerning Th Δ and  ξ=1.00059.

    Antenna Theoretical calculations

Hello! Radiated power is income power minus efficient. Typically efficient coefficient could be from 0.3 up to 0.9 for PCB antennas.

single antenna doppler iq sensor without circulator

Much better but with some limitations of course. That staff is in narrow band. Circulators has limitations as well, I have a lot experiences, but they are more wide with not so big rejection with depends from matched ports. No matching no isolation . 8-O No pain, no gain.
