Re: Cavity filters
Hey,I introduce you to use WASP-NET for waveguide filter design. ,which is a very professional tool based on Moment-Method,FEM and mainly on mode matching method.
cavity filter design
I have down a Ansoft Designer SV for it is free, but I found it too simple to design cavity filter, have you used Ansoft Designer 1.2 or any higher edition,I think it could be better.
i have also studied in it for a long time, besides books like:Theory and Design of Microwave Filters,i also make reference to IEEE papers, maybe we could learn from each other
prototype pcb with ground plane
In advance, use VHDL to extract code from protel PCB,then build CAD in matlab,at last analysis it in HFSS or other electromagnetic tools.
I have learned Electric magnetic field for about 3 years, how should I adapt myself to the market and apply the knowledge to serve the society.
Can you give some suggestion?
Thanks
I have drawn a helix in HFSS9.2,firstly,u can draw a round, select the face ,then select the choice:sweep along helix in the menu, input the Parameters you need.
Hope I have helped you
