the frequency of the input pwm signal can vary from 5K to 10K.Need a circuit to transfer the duty of the PWM to a voltage or current with 8bit resolution whatever the frequency is . Anybody can help or give some ideas.
If I want to give mass product to a bandgap chip with 50 ppm tempco, shall I test each part with full temperature range? It will be very expensive. Or I can test several part on bench and get a optimized voltage ,for example, 1.23v. Then I will trim all the bandgap voltage to 1.23V. But how can...
some company have the digital control DCDC converter. But most of the products adopt analog control. Anybody can make some introduce or post some papers?

the well of the pmos maybe connect to the vdd through series of diodes or connected to a higher vdd to improve the ESD level.I don't think the well is just floating.If so ,it won't pass a drc check.
