hi, i wanty to use u-boot for a PC compatible target board. but i can't find any configuration file for PC. does anyone any experience about that? please help me.

himatlab is full of useful functions that makes your programming easy. realy you do not need to write code for any part of your program.
sure CPU an memory usage of matlab is extremely high. but it makes testing of your ideas easy.

If you want to have a PWM output I recommend you TMS320C28X. they work up to 150 MIPS and have useful pripherals like PWM generator. the most important note is that this family is 32 bit.
