how can i interface gsm sim300/sim900 with atmega16 out of these please tell me detail
1 direct connection of Rx Tx and GND.
2 using max232.
4 using a voltage divider circuit.

problem is that i control 3 phase motor using GSM for this first i want to check all 3 phase must be available if there is unbalancing then the circuit will not be work. it will be work only when 3 phase are available at there rated value
