Hi,
I need to know the most accurate way to calculate the power consumption of a wilson or cascaded current mirror ,
is it only by multiplying vdd*I (of each branch) and add them? with or without load?
thanks in advance
Re: Mosfet On and Off current simulation in cadence
i mean how to find the on/off currents of an nmos from the simulation of ( Id With Vgs ) , such that the current is in μa/μm, using Spectre-Virtuoso.
something like this:
Hi,
I need a Convenient model card to use the Independent gate model "BSIM-IMG" found here:
http://bsim.berkeley.edu/models/bsimimg/latest-release/
as an example, PTM model is the model card for BSIM-CMG code

Hi,
I'm using the 7nm finfet model developed by PTM http://ptm.asu.edu/modelcard/PTM-MG/modelfiles/lstp/7nfet.pm
but i need to know the symbol of {number of fingers} ,ie. (number of fins=nfin)
thanks in advance
Hi,
By making simulations on a BSIM-IGFET nfet model the DC analysis gives logical results but the AC analysis don't ,it gives the following results:
anyone can give reason.
thanks in advance.
