Mosfet On and Off current simulation in cadence

Hi,
How could i determine the on/off-current for a mosfet in μa/μm via cadence ?
thanks in advance

Your question is too vague.
Describe in detail.
And "via cadence" does nor make sense at all.
"cadence" is a name of company.
No one can understand what you want to mean by "via cadence".

Re: Mosfet On and Off current simulation in cadence

i mean how to find the on/off currents of an nmos from the simulation of ( Id With Vgs ) , such that the current is in μa/μm, using Spectre-Virtuoso.
something like this: hh.PNG

i am asking about the unit of the Id (μA/μm)

The unit of drain current generally is [A] , or [µA] in this context.

If you want a [µA/µm] representation, this is drain_current per width (Id/W) of a MOSFET, but you'd have to specify its length L, too, otherwise the representation value would be meaningless.
