Can anyone suggest where I can get a commercially off the shelf Vector modulator that can work at the frequency of 88-108MHz?
Can anyone suggest a good place to look for vector modulators online?
I know minicircuits and hittite, RF design, but thats about it.

I have designed a vector modulator working at the FM band using splitters/combiners and mixers. The problem with the design is that the IF port of the mixer that I feed in the DC voltage (for I and Q channels) only works from 0.7 to 1.3V. So I need to get the offset of the IQ channel polar...
