i want to repair my ceiling fan motor. it was brunt when running. i search in books and internet to repair this. but i cant solve the problem.
the fan is 220V AC (50HZ), 1200RPM
it has 2.5uf, 440V capacitor.
any body please help me about the number of turns of the coil. and how to connect the...
i have found the problem of burning mosfet.
the problem was ... i did not insert any resistor in the MOSFET gate pin.
i insert a 100k resistor at the gate pin.
now my device runs good.

hello everyone,
i am new member in this forum. i have design a grid tied inverter. this inverter works nicely but the problem is MOSFET (one side) burn frequently. this inverter have more than 80% efficiency.
i connect a diode in source-drain pin. but no good things come out.
any body please...
