Actually but everywhere in the tutorials, videos, etc only lambda units are used, so this micron creates confusion.
More over when I changed my technology to 1.2um tech so lambda is 0.6u
and created an inverter,
and after ext2spice i got this,

Actually In my EDA work group there are two labs one is 'design lab' another is 'implementation lab'. my design flow is covered using 4 different EDA tools linked together, and only hspice l.2016 is linked to these softs so i am only to use hspice l.2016 only, also I don't have the login access...

Till now I have tried 10 examples, the last is the above voltage divider, it has no transistor or any other device model involved. All examples are showing the same behaviour, they are running well with hspice j2014 but not with hspice l.2016.
It is very strange and embarrassing situation.

Hi I am new to the Magic VLSI tool, the problem is that I opened magic by the command : magic but the units are displayed in microns, not in lambda. I googled a lot how to change it to lambda, but no luck.
