Could you amend your info with some values? Which stress? At which temperature? For how long?
well as you know the threshold voltage for normal pmos without degradation factor is -0.375V
so after I put an age for pmos which is age = 1 and stress the time for 10 years, and do the transient...

i'm doing a final year project about NBTI.
and I don't know how to find the value of threshold voltage after stress using ezwave in eldo
also the graph is not changing even though i had already change the age of the pmos.
