i did that and change the parameters, but when i wanted to run the project, it said that some library could not found... i dont know what to do with that!
i want to use some arbitrary transistor in Orcad PSpice, but i dont know how to define Is, B, Va,...
how can i change transistor parameters as i want them to be?
anyone that could help me, plz?!
Re: Power bjt transistor
this is my circuit
the input (vs3) has max amplitude of 10V, and +V Supply (vpos) is +12 and -V Supply (vneg) is -12.
the resistant is 10 ohms at minimum
I'm using a push-pull stage with feedback as output stage of a devise, about 20-50 watts of power
so, i need power transistors that thier power limits are high. Actually, I dont want my transistors to melt down!
any suggestion about the model of them, plz?!
if you are trying to get a triangle wave, i suggest you to use a circuit like this
it can generate triangle and pulse, with any frequency and amplitude by changing resistors and capacitor.

i cant send a link...
How can i get a sine wave from tri or pulse wave?
i'd generate tri and pulse and now i want a sine from them too
can logarithmic characteristic of differential amp help?
