Suggest me a high power BJT transistor

Re: Power bjt transistor this is my circuit the input (vs3) has max amplitude of 10V, and +V Supply (vpos) is +12 and -V Supply (vneg) is -12. the resistant is 10 ohms at minimum

Suggest me a high power BJT transistor

I'm using a push-pull stage with feedback as output stage of a devise, about 20-50 watts of power so, i need power transistors that thier power limits are high. Actually, I dont want my transistors to melt down! any suggestion about the model of them, plz?!

[SOLVED] generate sine from either tri or pulse

Thanks guys but i simulate a few some circuits, and i think the best one, is to use the logarithmic characteristic of differential amplifier.

How to convert a sine wave into a triangular wave

if you are trying to get a triangle wave, i suggest you to use a circuit like this it can generate triangle and pulse, with any frequency and amplitude by changing resistors and capacitor. ---------- Post added at 10:33 ---------- Previous post was at 10:31 ---------- i cant send a link...
