can any one please suggest me a model of transistor for these parameters
NPN: Is=2e-14 b=200 Va=110
PNP: Is=5e-14 b=50 Va=40

you need to atleast gaze over other models and work yourself

its not fair you ask others to do your donkey work

and you give very sparce info ...

not even ic or latent temp or etc etc

i dont like personaly seeing this post
as it shows you placed no work to looking in simple transistor comparison manuals
where these stats are listed

your best time is spent learning what the perams all mean

relative to each other
