any info or links to buck and boost power dc/dc converters

Re: Buck and boost Is there any design/chip capable of auto-switching from step-up to step down (&vice versa) by detecting the voltage output ? P.S. I don't want to have inverted output => CUK converter is not preferred. Any idea?

How to implement piping between applications in Linux?

Re: Piping in Linux I'm not very clear about your question. Here is what i know : Java is multi-platform. If you know who to do "piping between applications using Java " in other OS, you know how to do it in linux. In a linux term ( csh, sh, ...) , pipeling is done by '|'.

SDF errors during simulation and switching activity !!!

I think that depends on the tools you are using. Better consult your vendor. SDF errors => the timing delays are not correct => if the power analysis tools estimate the power based on your dynamic test bench, the analysis is certainly not correct.

AFAIK, Cadence does not have any tools which could output the synopsys lib format.

Which Linux is best than others and why?

Many replies say RH7.3 is the best. Why not considering the later version of RH ( e.g. RH9) ? Any reasons?
