folded cascode opamp

Hi everyone,
I am designing a folded cascode op-amp with PMOS input diff pair.
I am able to put all transistors in saturation in typical corner, where as in fast corner few are not in saturation.
look at the below attached image

In fast corner the transistor m6 & m7 are in linear(and also the drop across m6 is almost power supply(3.5689))
power supply is 3.6v.

my question is how to reduce the drop across m6?

thanks & regards
bharat

Re: folded cascode opamp

Hi
Can you make your picture more clear? I can not read which transistor is M6 and sizes of them. Thanks

Why you dont use real bias circuitry instead of plug in some number?

Re: folded cascode opamp

Hi doibongvui,

I am updated the attachment so that you can see clearly.
As you said, using the bias circuit directly make complex to me. Thats why i am using plug in voltages.

Thanks for your reply.
