Yokogawa DL1540 used as EEPROM(I2C,SPI,uWire) data decoder

Is there a way to use Yokogawa DL1540 to decode/read EEPROM data?

Not that I am aware of. Some models had an optional I2C module but not the DL1540. Even with the I2C module you would only decode individual bits of traffic, I think.
