Hey guys.. I have a situation...

I would like to connect an XBEE and a MAX232/CP2102 (USB-UART) parallelly to a microcontroller's RX and Tx pins. Is it possible to get them connected and get them working without hassle?... What all things do I need to consider before attempting to connect them....
