HI every one
I need some wireless transceiver modules. where can I find them? i need them for my final year project. wifly and zigbee are costly and I guess difficult to use plus I can`t find useful info about how to use them.

plzzzz tell me i am waiting for reply and thanks in advance...

Hi ind
keeping a guess in mind that you look for Wireless WiFi Tranceiver, I am listing down some modules which almost 1/3rd value of zigbe/wifly...
LS240-WI-01-A20
RS9110-N-11-23
if you are not looking for these kind of modules, then let us know what exactly you look for... (bluetooth, RF, Wi-Fi, IrDA etc.,)

NRF24L01 or CC2500. But the first one is much easier to use.

I need an RF transceiver. i want to use them for street lights automation project basically. I was told to have modules that you will program using any network algorithm and make a wireless sensor network. those modules will be interfaced with microcontroller and street lights and will let us know which light is faulty.....plz let me know which one to use.
REGARDS

Well you can use cheap modules like TWS-433 and the RWS-433 which can be easily interfaced to a micro-controller then you can do your job within the micro-controller, i.e. to make the micro-controllers communicate their status to each other.
I think you need to make your own network algorithm to communicate the data between the micro-controllers and to make sure that a message will not loop forever between them.
Regards.
Anderson.

have a look at rfsolutions.co.uk,
also, try microchip.com, they have a range of easy to use wireless/rf modules

hi there.
Actually I want to make a wireless sensor network and to ensure every node device is working properly, I want to attach a wireless module to it. these modules are to communicate to each other to ensure proper working of devices. I can`t find much on internet .Please tell me how to program TIWI LS240-WI-01-A20? where can I find the details of how to use it both in hardware and software perspective.
Thanks in advance

plzz tell me how to search effectively for many issues ...eg, way to program TIWI .... and also algorithm to apply for my project to work....obviously i can`t come out with my own and so I have to search from net. But when I can`t find it, it frustrates me a bit...
plz answer
