Winsemi HBT PDK price for a consultant??

Hello:
Does anybody has any experience in requesting a PDK from Win semiconductor foundry??
I am doing some consultng job and I would like to use their HBT process...but not sure if they allow an individual to request it (of course for a price).

Any input is appreciated
 

I haven't used Winsemi but I am a freelance ASIC designer and I have never had to pay for a PDK, nor would I expect to. You will need to sign an NDA but that should be all.

well, you were right about it.
I just had to sign an NDA and got access to the whole design package in ADS.
Which is great.
