WinCE Embedded 6.0 TPC-31 , ethernet gateway via Telit GL865 Dual

Hi,
I have TPC-31 Windows Ce Embedded 6.0 system.
And i m using GL865 serial modem for internet connection via dial up connection,
But TPC-31 has only 1 Serial com port , i want to use internet from ethernet way
What should i do connect for GL865 to ethernet gateway ? How can i build this things ?

Cp2102 Windows CE Embedded 6.0 driver problem

Hi Friends,
i am using windows ce embedded 6.0 so my internet connection is via dial up with Telit Gl865 Dual serial modem, But the my problem is, i want to use usb serial converter for dial up converter . Because my system has only 1 Com Serial port. Can i do this ? Does anyone have idea ?
