Wifi to serial converter RS232 or TTL

Hi all,

please give me detail of any module which can Trasnmite and receive the data OVER WIFI and convert it in to Serial.

I want to connect Microcontroller with this WIFI module

Seriously, I think you would have an easier time with bluetooth modules. Serial transmission is built in and a lot easier to work with.
