Why the power mosfet in this circuit blow-up?

Why dont you try high pass filter, i mean one series capacitor of approx 0.01 uF and parallel resistor of ~10K. 10K is not to load the MOSFET.
This would stop if any continuous dc is getting applied.

Hope this wud work
 

Add some resistance at Gate .. Inductive load may cause problem.. Drive the gate through some buffer..
