HI all,

I have module that work wit 3.3v and the communication protocol is SPI , i need to connect pic16f88 with it without voltage translator ..

In DS the tell that pic16f88 can work between 2.0v to 5v ... i make simple project with LED .. pic16f88 work fine with development kit which work with 5v , but when i connect it with 3.3v in bread board it wont work ????
where is issue ??

i use Internal 8 Mhz (HS) oscillator..

please any device , i stack her now ..

Check page 167 of the datasheet. Here is part of it:

The standard 16F88, as you can see, works from a minimum of 4.0V. The LF version - 16LF88 - can work from a minimum of 2.0V.

Hope this helps.
Tahmid.
