Hi,
Can anyone explain me why OQPSK is better than QPSK?
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Tanmoy

Code:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phase-shift_keying#Offset_QPSK_.28OQPSK.29

see above basically you dont want a 180 degree phase shift which is possible in QPSK (e.g 11->00) but the number of bit transitions are also increased in O-QPSK though they are 90 degree transitions which is fine

Hi udit,
Thanks for your reply. Can you please explain me how maximum phase shift is comming as 90 degree for OQPSK or 135 degree for pi/2 QPSK? Do you have any good document explaining those things?

Hi Tanmoy,
QPSK take 180 deg phase shift in 2T where as OQPSK take 90 deg in T seconds.

If you get any good document send me also

:D
