Why i can't find STM32F10x DSP library on official st.com website?

I just spend a hour trying to find it on official st.com website. Although i downloaded it from other place, but it so boring, there was link from st forum to google docs and some university website. I would be excited if someone post link where it can be found on st.com. For example here we can see documentation "UM0585: STM32F10x DSP library". It is PDF file, but where is library itself?
