who can tell the difference betweent the ic5141usr 4 and 5?

ic5141usr

i'm going to install the ic5141 on fedora 9. in the internet i saw lots of the methods which install the ic5141. but at the same the articles include the ic5141usr 5 or 4. i am confused about them.

so please some guy can tell the difference between the ic5141usr 4 and 5?

USR is cadence update release. You can only install the latest USR. When you install it, the Base discs will be required to finish the installation.
