Whirlpool Washing Machine FSCR 80422 - I need electronic circuit schematic

They asked me to get a Whirpool washing machine. I haven't had the PCB in hand yet, but from the customer's photos I see 2 burned resistors, the problem will be knowing their value. Does anyone have the electronic schematic for this machine?

How will you find out what burnt out the resistors except from the loads on the heatsink devices and the fused track? Schematics here are usually commercial confidential.
