I hope to know does the CMOS technics can implement over 1A current?

If it can't, which kind of technics can do it?

Thanks in advance.

High output current

cmos can handle 1A current.

High output current

The current density that the MOS can handle is depends on the current density of the active region. You can check it from the EDR

Re: High output current

Intel's cmos processor can handle tens A current.

best regards
