Which RF simulation software is most popular in the industr?

There are so many of them out there. I just don't want to spend my time learning a particular one just to find out that no one else uses it.

I think it should be ADS.
A very good software for RF System and IC.

For full 3D simulation ,I recommend CST Studio Suite 2008.

agilent ADS is the most popular and efficient software. Another which I know is SONNET and ansoft HFSS.

ADS and HFSS are the most popular between industries, example Plantrnics use ADS, Continental HFSS, depends if you need 2.5D or 3D

I am using AWR microwave Office and co simulate with SOnnet.You can try Sonnet.
