My experience with these sites is posting resumes to one of this is a spam magnet. You get everything from viagra ads to ir-relevent jobs to the jobs you want. Most of the responses are from headhunters each promising to place you in the same company. you stand a better chance just browsing for jobs and applying directly. This can be dome at eitet the job sites or directly on the career page of the company you are interested in. In case you decide to upload your resume remember to use an email ID that you will discard after your jobsearch is over.

The best one is one which fetches u job....i got through timesjob...my friend go through naukri...and i got most calls from monster....

ALL are FREE >>>>> why take a chance..keep trying on all...make sure u update your resume every week (for the sake of updation as updated resumes get a better chance to get viewed)
