all element is important for analog design ,whatever it is active or passive, at the same time metal track is important too, layout floorplan is the key of analog layout design, power track, signal tracks and their distribution, difference floorplan can lead difference parastic cap and resistor. Usually, symmetry floorplan are used in the most cases, whatever they are horizonly, vertical and center symmetry.BTW, cretical analog layout design need extraction the layout's parastic parameters and then run post-simulation to verify the circuit performance.
If your layout is right, and circuit design is good enough, function will not be the issues, but the performance is a chanllege for ananog circuit and layout engineers.
