hi, all.
i'm using tsmc025bcd process.
when streaming out, there is a piece of infomation as follows:
streamLayers
layer streamNumber dataType translate
(("PDKREC" "wellbody") 104 1 t)

is there anyone who knows what's the usage of "PDKREC"?
"PDKREC" and "wellbody"? are they necessary for making masks?
