!!sos!!

what's meaning of 'NaN' of resistor in the extracted netlist??

can anyone tell me ? thanx a lot!!

!!sos!!

In floating point computation terms NaN is "Not a number" .. I am not sure whether it is the same here

Re: !!sos!!

It seems that the extraction calculation generate an error. Please check based on the extraction recognition layer and polygon the calculation of the extracted component.

Re: !!sos!!

I also think so, but I don't know how to avoid it, can you give some feasibility of it.

Re: !!sos!!

Try changing the resistor and please also inform us as to what happens.

Re: !!sos!!

I am sorry, a via in my layout does not include in my library. I made it by error. When I taked it off, the error gone.
Thanks everyone.

Re: !!sos!!
