what type of microcontroller?

hi there..
i was maintaining a machine lastday it has achip like a microcontroller it has a serial eeprom AT93C46 and a crystal 4MHz (that's why i have said it is a micro) the code appears on it is CF775/-04 it is a microchip product, i have searched for it on the site but it did not give me any result.
any one knows it please tell me? :roll:
 

i did not mean that ic, but i mean the CF775/-04 microchip ic...! 8O
