what is Xilinx ftp username and password?

Hi guys,

I wanted to download Planahead tutorial source file from the following addrerss

which is mention inside xilinx planahead release 10.1 but when I open this url it asks for username and password. I tried different usernames and passwords such as customer pass: xilinx or anonymous but non of them works. So what username and password I can use for it?
