What is the mistake in this analysis

I have attached a circuit along with this that i have considerted for the analysis. I have tried to write state space equations for that circuit and i got the state space matrices as given in the attachment. In the analysis i have considered mutual inductance and mutual capacitance. When i simulate with the matlab, i am not getting the correct response. Can any one tell me what is the mistake in the analysis and what should be the modification needed?
