I am going to guess at about 1 vertical unit.

Depends a bit on what you mean by difference. Difference in X? Difference in Y? Vector X/Y difference (assuming X/Y units match).

A picture can only provide a guesstimate. An accurate answer would require a table of X/Y values with sufficient entries for the required accuracy, plus a much better mathematician than me :)
