hi
i want to know what is cfar? and how can i implement it in fpga?

Re: what is cfar?

Hello

CFAR derives from Constant False Alarm Rate.
It is a technique used in radar signal processing to implement a RADAR receiver which guarantees detection of targets with an adaptive threshold dinamically set according to a predefined false alarm rate = number of false targets detected/ time unit.
At the moment I don't have further elements to give you, but I hope that this could help you some way in searching on the Internet.
