hi,
can any body explain what is glue logic , where and how this logic is used in physical design

thanQ...

Glue Logic Is some Logic requises betwen two modules, to adapt bus protocol for example.

Usually in big projects the chip is divided into large sub-modules. Sometimes, those modules are not connected directly from one to another, but through another logic which resides in the higher level. This logic can be "true" logic that actually preforms signal changes as logic gates, but on the other hand can be connected to a higher hierarchy h-tree, buffers the strength or accelerate signals.
In the industry you either create a separate module for this glue logic, or put it inside the top level.
Generally it is recommended to avoid glue logic as mush as possible, because it might cause problems and design complexity later in the chip design flow. You can minimize this logic sometime by merging in inside another module.
I found some picture that demonstrate glue logic:

thanQ for ur reply but can you please explain it in some more detailed manner...
How about asking your question in a more detailed manner. Where did you see this term? It is not a precise term. It usually is an informal term to express some amount of logic needed to connection other blocks of logic that do not fit together perfectly. But in other contexts it may have a more precise definition.
